We want you to have the best experience with SugarMellow. 

Because our products are edible, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’re always here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items.

If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@sugarmellow.com

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

Once we review your request, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Non-returnable Items

As our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns once they have been delivered.


Exchanges

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.

However, this does not apply to food products once they have been delivered.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
